TERMS OF USE

1. BACKGROUND
This agreement contains the terms (hereinafter referred to as "terms") that govern the rental of products to the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you", "customer" or "the customer") from FAGER Atelier, corporate identity number 198807304103 (hereinafter called "FAGER Atelier", "we" or "us"), via the website
www.fager-atelier.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"), or via related services. No other conditions shall have any force or effect. You accept and confirm that you rent the products and that the ownership of the products remain with FAGER Atelier at all times. These Terms also apply to in-person rentals, which are part of the related services. Please review these Terms carefully; by placing an order at www.fager-atelier.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update and revise the terms.
2. GENERAL ABOUT THE SERVICE
FAGER Atelier offers the customer the opportunity to rent vintage goods, or purchase pre-used vintage goods. Orders can only be made by an individual of legal age to form a binding contract or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms.
3. ORDER AND CONFIRMATION
When placing an order, you accept FAGER Atelier terms of use. By doing this, a binding agreement arises between you and us. If you do not want to abide by this agreement, please abstain from ordering and renting any products from FAGER Atelier. When you place an order, you agree to being liable for the payment corresponding to the total amount of the order, as well as potential future costs, such as late fees. When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to the email adress you registered when placing the order. The order confirmation serves as a guarantee certificate after full payment has been made. FAGER Atelier reserves the right to deviate from delivery in cases where the stock balance was incorrect at the time of your order. If we for any reason are unable to deliver what you ordered, we will contact you and offer you the opportunity to adjust or cancel your order.
4. PRICES
All prices on our website include 25% Swedish VAT. We reserve the right to make price errors and price adjustments. The shipping price includes the cost for receiving and returning the rented product(s). The item rental price includes laundry and cost for repairing minor damages of the rented product(s). See "9. Your commitments" for more information.
5. PAYMENT
Payment of the rental amount is made in connection with your order and is handled via our partner Stripe (stripe.com). Payment is made on the website with debit or credit cards from Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All data handled in connection with payment is encrypted.
6. DELIVERY AND RETURN
To be able to rent vintage goods from FAGER Atelier, your delivery address needs to be in Sweden. Delivery and return takes place in partnership with Postnord. Rented or purchased products can be collected and returned at Postnord's service points.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWN
If you are dissatisfied with your delivery, eg because the garment does not fit or did not match your expectations, you are welcome to contact us and we will find a solution. Send an email to and we will help you. Please note that you need to contact us on the same day that the garment is collected from the delivery point. If you do not contact us by email at on the day of collecting the package, the right of withdrawal at FAGER Atelier does not apply.
When you purchase a product from u, you understand that there is no possibility to use the right of withdrawal. In accordance with §10, you understand and accept that the condition and state of the item might not be as it was new.
8. SECURITY

9. YOUR COMMITMENTS
We care the garments available at FAGER Atelier and want them to last as long as possible. Therefore, it is important that you as well treat them with care and return them in as close to the condition you received them in as possible.
Our products are meant to last a long time. The items will be washed by us between every rental period, and repaired by us when they get worn. You do not have to worry about wear and tear, and wash and repair will never come at any extra cost to you.
9.2 Damaged or lost products
If a garment disappears, you will be liable for compensation. The compensation will correspond to four (4) times it's rental price for one (1) occasion. You are solely responsible for the loss of the product due to theft, disappearance, fire, or any other cause.
9.3 Delay fees
At the end of the rental period, the garments you have rented must be received by us no later than seven (7) days after the end of the rental period. The rental period starts when you receive your item(s) and is nine (9) days long. The date when we expect you to return the garment(s), is communicated by a note included in the package you receive the garment(s) in. For each day after the last return date, you will be charged SEK 100 in late fees. If the garment(s) is still not received by us 30 days after the last return date, the return is considered missed and you become liable for compensation of an amount corresponding to four (4) times it's rental price for one (1) occasion, including previous late fees. These fees are debited directly from the payment card used when renting.
9.4 Collection
If you do not pay the amount you owe us in case of damaged or lost products, or delay fees, we may institute collection procedures. You agree to pay the costs of collection, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees.
When purchasing an item that is pre-used you understand and accept that the condition and state of the item might not be as it was new. The pre-used items for sale at FAGER Atelier is subject to normal wear and tear.
11. PERSONAL DATA
When you use our service, we need to save some personal information in order to deliver our products to you. Personal information is information which can be directly or indirectly attributed to a person, i.e. name and address. By accepting the terms, you agree that we handle your contact information, such as:- name- email address- phone number- shipping address- payment details, such as debit or credit card information, through our partner StripeStyle for rent may use, compile, process and analyze the information described above to administer your order, to analyze your use, and to fulfill obligations under law or regulations. Contact information is used to administer and deliver your order. Payment details are used to be able to receive payment for your order. You as a customer have the right to receive information and register extracts about the processing of personal data that Style for rent performs regarding you as a customer. You also have the right to request correction, deletion or blocking of personal data that is incorrect. We share your personal information with:- The police, in the investigation of crime- Stripe, our payment solution partner- Postnord, our delivery partner.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
Force Majeure such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious contagion or other circumstance beyond FAGER Atelier's control, which prevent FAGER Atelier from fulfilling its contractual obligations, release FAGER Atelier from performance of its obligations. Such exemption applies provided that the business cannot be conducted under satisfactory conditions. The other party shall be notified immediately if there are circumstances which may give rise to the application of this provision.
13. DISPUTES
Disputes regarding these conditions shall be decided in accordance with Swedish law by a Swedish court.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, FAGER Atelier, or our licensors, own all intellectual property and other rights, including copyrights and trademark and know-how rights.
15. OTHER
If any provision of these Terms is deemed to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any other reason, such provision shall be deemed to have been omitted and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between FAGER Atelier and the customer regarding the rental and use of products by FAGER Atelier, and supersede all prior agreements and commitments in this regard.
